- Lead the design installation andmaintenance of thermal insulation systems for industrialprojects.
- Analyze blueprints and technicalspecifications to determine insulation requirements and selectappropriate materials.
- Oversee the applicationof insulation to pipes ducts equipment and structures ensuringprecision and efficiency.
- Manage insulationcustomization including cutting shaping and fitting utilizing handand power tools.
- Ensure proper sealing andweatherproofing of insulation materials to optimize performance andlongevity.
- Conduct regular inspections andmaintenance to uphold insulation integrity and compliance withsafety standards.
- Supervise a team of thermalinsulation engineers and technicians providing guidance and supportas needed.
- Collaborate with project managersengineers and contractors to ensure timely project completion andadherence to budgetary constraints.
- Maintainaccurate records of project activities including materials used andwork performed.
- Bachelors degree in MechanicalEngineering Thermal Engineering or related fieldpreferred.
- 610 Years OfExperience.
- Proven experience in thermalinsulation engineering or a related role with demonstratedleadership capabilities.
- Indepth knowledge ofinsulation materials techniques and safetyprotocols.
- Proficiency in interpretingtechnical drawings and specifications.
- Strongorganizational and communicationskills.
- Ability to effectively manage a teamand prioritize tasks in a dynamic workenvironment.
