    DESCRIPTION:

    • Acontrol system design engineer is a type of process controlengineer who specializes in designing and developing controlsystems for industrial processes. They use their knowledge ofengineering principles software and hardware to create systems thatcan monitor regulate and optimize the performance of variousprocesses. Some of the tasks that a process control system designengineer may perform are:
    • Analyzing therequirements and specifications of a process and its components.
    • Designing and developing control systemarchitectures algorithms and interfaces using software &firmware tools.
    • Testing and validating thefunctionality and reliability of the control system usingsimulation emulation or hardwareintheloopmethods.
    • Documenting and presenting thecontrol system design and results to stakeholders andclients.
    • Collaborating with other engineeringsections to ensure the integrationand
    • compatibility of the control system withthe process equipment and environment.
    • Needto have strong skills in mathematics programming logicproblemsolving communication andteamwork.


    QUALIFICATION:

    • EngineerBachelors / Masters degree in engineering (Electrical ElectronicsChemical Mechanical Mechatronicsetc.)
    • Registerable withSCE.
    • Years of Experience: Overall 8 years ofexperience in the Control System domain with 5plus years in controlsystem standards and protocols such as DCS PLC SCADA OPCetc.
    • Preferably certified for industrialcybersecurity and/or Functional safety.
    • Handsondesign exposure in compatibleindustry.
