He ensures everyone follows company policies and delivers excellent customer service.

What You'll Do?

: Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for current staff.

: Update training manuals and materials.

: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Service: Teach effective customer service skills.

Knowledge: Educate staff about the menu, including ingredients and allergens.

: Make sure staff follows health and safety guidelines.

Development: Identify areas where employees need more training.

: Help resolve conflicts between staff or with customers.

: Assist with the orientation of new hires.

: Report to management about training progress and issues.

Skill Reinforcement: Schedule regular follow-up training sessions to reinforce skills and introduce new company updates or policies.
