- Collectuser requirements ensuring solution is in line with scope of workand proper documentation is developed facilitating the systemmaintenance and support activities;
- Assist inSAP development architecture software maintenance and systemadministration;
- Work with subject matterexperts and other project team members to develop project scopehardware software requirements;
- Assist withdesign development testing and delivery of SAPsolutions;
- Participate in project plandevelopment; and
- Ensure data integrity and beable to resolve any software vulnerabilities to improve and ensuresystemssecurity.
- Upto 5 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis programmingtesting and implementation;
- Ability to developproject proposals plan and deliverables;
- Ableto conduct User Acceptance testing;
- Knowledgeof automated testing tools isdesirable;
- Project management skills arerequired; and
- Ensure timely resolution ofproduction issues to JHAHapplications.
- SAPCertification is desirable;
- Knowledge ofHealthcare environment is desirable;
- Knowledgeof presentation tools like Visio Power Point isrequired;
- Presentation skills are necessary;and
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonalskills arerequired.
