    General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

    • Developing business & technical enablement plan and Methodology and coordinate with SME's for execution and assessment.
    • Developing and supporting potential project management policies, processes and procedure enhancement and ensuring alignment with project management system.
    • Developing, and execute Change management Plans.
    • Managing PMIS functional & operational team to ensure technical and business challenges are resolved and knowledge transfer is performed and lessons learned are documented.
    • Developing and Assessing user guides and Documents, and conducting training.
    • Preforming the gap analysis, identify issues and provide recommendation.
    • Managing and supporting execution/operation of technical and business enablement team and ensure quality assurance and testing related to Project management information system is performed.
    • Enhancing, supporting and assessing the current implemented PMIS solutions and increasing the enablement and utilization level.
    • Monitoring and control PMIS system utilization.
    • Assists the end users and PMIS team for bulk data entry and configuration.
    • Coordinate with IT Department to Fix technical issue.
    • Ensure smooth PMIS Operations and resolving tickets
    • Handing Overall system administration.
    • Data cleansing records to eliminate duplication of data.
    • Managing the Development on design and construction templates.
    • Developing gab analysis report.
    • Ensuring the security, accessibility, and proper distribution of organizational documents.
    • Ensuring that documents are created after a documented and approved review-and-approval process.
    • Ensuring the security, accessibility, and distribution of organizational documents.
    • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
    • Selecting digital content management and document management tools.
    • Working with IT for the smooth operation of digital tools. Ensuring the integration of digital tools into daily processes through training. Assigning user privileges for digital tools to team members.
    • Automation of business workflows
    • Implementing document disaster recovery through document archiving.
    • Prepare dashboards and the relevant reports. Facilitate the reporting structure.
    • The 'Project Management Information System' (PMIS) is a database of project information, using the Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management application, more commonly referred to as 'P6'(i.e., Primavera version 6).
    • Ensure that all users of P6 are using identical configuration, such as user rights, project calendar, monthly reporting calendar, reporting templates, dashboards, work breakdown structure dictionary, etc.
    • Ensure the security and integrity of the system, including integration with other software applications and for this purpose, he will work closely with the IT Department, in order to follow IT policies and application interface requirements.
    • Manage the SharePoint-based document control system (i.e., creation of project sites within SharePoint, creation, and maintenance of user access to the project sites, correct usage of document approval workflows, close liaison with the Lead Project Document Control Specialist, backup and archival of completed projects, etc.).
    • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.

    Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

    • Bachelor of Engineering, Computer science or relevant degree from accredited university.
    • Minimum 15 years experience in relevant role.
    • 5 Years PMIS Management Role.
    • Experience in PMIS Unifier implementation and Operation.
    • Extensive experience in Management and Operation of the PMIS Solutions (Oracle Primavera EPPM P6, Oracle Projects).
    • Ability to Prepare, edit, and publish reports in consistent, accurate and timely manner that reflect the current status of the project in formats acceptable to the client and stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage and direct the section resources and staff.
