    Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess business needs related to the workforce forecast and ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet Clients demands.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop appropriate talent management strategies.
  • Ensure diversity and Saudization among the company staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee information in the HR system.
  • Collaborate with internal & external partners to achieve projects/clients related needs & company goals.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Consult with leaders to provide guidance and day-to-day support (eg. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Ensure consistent interpretation, guidance, and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
  • Develop contract terms for external hires and internal promotions and transfers.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of company's policies and legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar relevant fields of study.
  • Basic HR Certifications (HRBP or SHRM – CP).
  • 3+ years in similar management position OR 7+ years in related working fields.
  • Team Management skills.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment while remaining positive and focused.
  • A keen eye for detail and demonstrating a high sense of urgency in delivering high quality customer service.
