JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is looking for a Risk Manager to join their team. As a company, JASARA is focused on elevating the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, providing a solutions-based approach to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030. As a Risk Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring the success of JASARA's complex programs by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential risks that may impact the company's performance and goals.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify, evaluate, and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Communicate the risks to senior management and stakeholders and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
• Develop and maintain the company's risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify risks and opportunities from all program and project stages.
• Monitor the progress of risk management activities and ensure they align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of risk management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of industry standards, such as PMBOK and ISO 31000.
• Proficiency in using risk management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
