A well-known training and consulting organization is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the training and development sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the training and HR consultancy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet business goals.
Experience:
- 3-7 years in training and HR consultancy
