    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership in the management of our innovative adventure sports hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing efficient resource management, executing marketing initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment for hub members. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of the hub.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership for effective Hub management.
    • Collaborate closely with Warrior Group management to ensure optimal business operations.
    • Efficiently manage day-to-day hub operations, optimizing resource utilization.
    • Supervise the Hub team, equipping them with necessary information, tools, and support.
    • Prepare periodic management reports and review expenditures to align with budget.
    • Monitor supply purchases, aiming for consistent high-quality service.
    • Plan and execute marketing operations aligned with company budget and growth plans.
    • Maintain high customer service and satisfaction levels.
    • Address customer complaints in accordance with the company's service ethos.
    • Foster a collaborative environment among hub members through various events.
    • Manage staff disagreements, grievances, and situations according to company policies.
    • Ensure staff adherence to the company's code of conduct and policies.
    • Promote a positive work environment by overseeing staff development, well-being, leave management, and effective on-site operations.
    • Comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Warrior Group management as the hub expands.
    • Â Comply with contract provisions and company policies, setting an example for the team.
    • Â Service Delivery and Customer Relationship Management:
    • Â Oversee day-to-day venue operations and activities, including adventure sports and courses.
    • Manage bookings, and corporate events, and uphold high customer service and safety standards.
    • Oversee the on-site cafe, ensuring smooth operation and profitability.
    • Â Ensure quality control and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Continuously enhance operational efficiency by reviewing systems and processes.
    • Â Oversee efficient resource utilization, manage material procurement, and plan inventory needs.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures for risk mitigation.
    • Â Contribute to future product/service planning aligned with the company's vision.
    • Formulate strategic and operational objectives in line with organizational goals.
    • Analyze financial data to identify profitability opportunities.
    • Manage strategic partnerships, ensuring supplier/vendor compliance with company needs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
    • Previous operations experience in adventure venues and managing large teams in remote locations.
    • Passion for adventure sports and outdoor activities and a willingness to learn new skills and participate in the activities.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
