Currently we relooking for a Digital CreativeDesigner to join our Marketingteam.

About thejob:

• Ensure thebrand design is reflected in all forms of internal and externalcommunication.
  
• Draft and presentprojects and creativeconcepts.
  
• Conceptualize projectbriefs into effective creativedesign.
  
• Plan, develop and executedigital campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategydesign, and social media.
  
• Designprint material.
  
• Manage multipleprojects simultaneously i.e. planning, scheduling, analyzing andcommunicating with the digital and marketing team and leadershipteam
  

Requirements

Requiredskills:

• Excellentunderstanding of layout and branding. You are a creative andinnovative thinker with a strategic outlook towardsmarketing.
  
• In depth knowledge ofsocial media platforms
  
• Excellentmultitasking and time-managementskills.
  
• Ability to meetdeadlines.
  
• Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
  
• College/University education in Marketing or relevant experience in aDigital Designer role.
  
• A positiveattitude and collaborative behavior to achieve team goals andobjectives

Primary Duties Develop and maintain positive client relationsPositive demeanor and outlook when it comes to customer managementand service Collaborate with our Underwriters daily and maintain astrong and positive relationship Review property appraisals reportsand identify recommendations E-Docs/Renewal lists review and handleaccordingly Manage client policy renewals as well as re-marketexisting clients when necessary Process outstanding payments andbanking information changes Transact and Invoice Agency Bill PolicyFollow up on abeyances on a daily basis Quote policy changesthrough CQ and company portals Assist and Account Executives withrenewals, policy changes and new business Ability to problem solveand use appropriate judgment when assessing a risk or issueQualifications Must have a Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontariolicense in good standing (RIBO) - CIP or CAIB certification is anasset Sound knowledge of the insurance industry, policies andproducts 1 to 2 years experience as a Personal Lines AccountManager/CSR/TSR Excellent Customer Service, Communication andComputer skills with Microsoft Office experience. Ability to workas a team and work well under pressure Superior organizational,verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Power Brokerand Applied Rating (CompuQuote) is an asset
