    Job description:

    To build market position by locating, developing, defining, and negotiating, in order to establishing business relationships and increase Elm market share. In addition, to Enhance the company's existing projects by innovating new service and products. This is must be achieved within the organization vision, mission and capabilities. Provide full support for colleagues in order to achieve Elm main goal, according to the policies and procedures followed within ELM.

    Opportunities and Scope Of Work:

    • Oversee large scale, complex organization, lead the development of evaluating opportunities, distinguish and prioritize them.
    • Increase Elm organization reputation and brand name by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different projects, exploring and add value to task accomplishments.
    • Study the competition and develop a strategic partnership to expand Elm clients' spectrum and serve more industries.
    • Generate significant new relationships, particularly with government sector.
    • Cultivate and Expand relationships by introducing new innovative enhancements
    • Provide leadership and encourage the time in forecasting potential projects and opportunities.

    Business Development:

    • Build business models and financial proposals for clients.
    • Lead sales negotiations and managing client relationship to develop new business.
    • Weekly presentation to department's executives to discuss progress in business initiatives.
    • Feasibility Studies
    • Quantitative & Qualitative analysis
    • Forecasting & Market analysis

    Academic and professional qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/MIS/IT/Computer Science/Industrial Engineering.

    Years and Nature of Experience:

    • 4 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred
    • Strong Negotiation and presentation skills.
