    Execute the Personnel operations pertaining to staff termination, employee relations, new hires, Execute the Personnel updates on the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in timely manner.

    Accountabilities

    Nahdi Staff:

  • Handle Nahdi staff vacations through the review of the vacation requests and rejections and communicating with the employees rejects reason to ensure that discipline is in place.
  • Extract and submit the regular attendance report including all Nahdi staff attendance in order to assist the payroll cycle.
  • Hiring & Terminating:

  • Execute the new hiring applications on the system through the insertion of the assigned employee number and employee data on the system to ensure the availability of the new hires data on Nahdi Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
  • Execute the termination process for all resigned or terminated staff starting from receiving the request, finalizing in the personnel files till release of end of service payment or null to ensure timely and accurate termination process.
  • Review & Update:

  • Review the Human Resources (HR) letters requests and check if any extra documents are required in order to provide proper and timely Personnel services to Nahdi employees.
  • Execute any updates on the system in regards to the promotion, internal transfers, warning letters and disciplinary actions and report the updates to the concerned stakeholder.
  • Employee's duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
