    Job Summary:

    We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team as Influencers sales manager. you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    Â Â - Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

    Â Â - Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

    2. Customer Relationship Management:

    Â Â - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

    Â Â - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

    3. Sales Presentations:

    Â Â - Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

    Â Â - Address customer concerns and objections to secure successful deals.

    4. Sales Closing:

    Â Â - Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Â Â - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

    5. Sales Reporting:

    Â Â - Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and deals closed.

    Â Â - Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).

    Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

    Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Additional Skills:

    Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.

    Adaptability to changing sales strategies and market conditions.

    Positive and resilient attitude in the face of challenges.

    Willingness to continuously learn and improve sales techniques.
