Working as a Production and Signage Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that signage and promotional materials are produced, displayed, and maintained effectively.

• Managing the production, installation, and maintenance of in-store signage and promotional materials.
• Leading and mentor a team of production staff, scheduling tasks for optimal productivity.
• Implementing quality control procedures to ensure signage accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborating with visual merchandisers, marketing teams, and store managers to align signage with campaigns.
• Assisting in departmental budget preparation and management.
• Enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance in the production area.

• +5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and sign-making equipment.
