The Vibration Technician will join a reputable Oil & Energy industry client and will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing machinery for effective operations. The role demands a candidate who is passionate about providing high-quality services and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Technically solid in pumps and compressors vibration analysis and machine diagnosis skills. Has experience with ADRE and System 1

• Perform vibration analysis on various types of equipment and provide comprehensive feedback on vibration trends and condition monitoring.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnoses on complex mechanical systems and determine maintenance requirements.
• Determine the relevant tools and spares needed to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Carry out corrective actions and recommend maintenance activities to prevent machinery breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities for timely decision-making and future reference.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure complete understanding of equipment maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• B.S in Mechanical Engineering
• CAT II or CAT III certification Preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in vibration analysis and maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance management software.
• In-depth knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques.
• Hands-on experience with alignment and balancing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
