Job summary
The successful candidate will take room service orders over the phone and answer questions on menu selections. They will also communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
They will maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day and record transactions in MICROS system at time of order.
