• Host and speak at public meetups, seminars, and conferences on UX-related topics.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees, delivering informative and captivating presentations that inspire and educate the UX and Tech community.
• Write compelling case studies that showcase the UX methodologies, processes, and outcomes of our projects.
• Create engaging and informative articles, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces on UX design trends, best practices, and industry insights.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest UX advancements, incorporating them into the content creation process.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure accurate representation of UX projects and ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document UX research findings, methodologies, and design principles.
• Support the UX team in adopting and implementing new tools, techniques, and processes by providing guidance and training.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in creating educational materials, such as courses, workshops, webinars, and training resources.
• Strong knowledge of UX design principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and host public events, meetups, or conferences.
• Experience in writing compelling case studies, articles, and blog posts on UX-related topics.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather insights and synthesize information from diverse sources.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest UX trends and advancements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as UX design, instructional design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (3 years) in UX design and education, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and training expertise.
