    The Senior ActiveDirectory Engineer provides support implementation and designservices for Microsoft Active Directory and Windowsbased systemsacross the enterprise including directory and identity managementsolutions. Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases andchange requests and acts as an escalation for support issues.Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with teamand determines course of action for new application initiatives.Implements new software solutions as required by the business. Thecore infrastructure technology duties include enterprise MicrosoftActive Directory and Windows file services architecture creationand management global system security and policy configuration andtoplevel support for enterprisewideinitiatives.

    This role requires an indepthknowledge of Active Directory Federation Windows Server 2016/2019R2 Windows security AD Proxy Virtual Directory solutions andrelated technology.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Produce enterpriselevel designs for Active Directory andWindows File Services for global initiatives following thosethrough to implementation via collaboration with project andsupport teams.
    • Identify opportunities toinnovate extend and enhance service delivery everywherepossible.
    • Own Root Cause Analysis and ProblemManagement for corporate Identity Managementenvironment.
    • Serves as escalation point forapplication support and troubleshooting provides guidance anddirection in resolution of escalated issues and/or complexproduction application or system problems.
    • Serves as the first line of escalation support for domaintechnology issues that cannot be resolved by tier one and twoserver support.
    • Perform daily systemmonitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all hardwareserver resources systems and key processes reviewing system andapplication logs and verifying completion of scheduledjobs.
    • Install configure and maintain ActiveDirectory and thirdparty software utilities for hardware systemswithin company operational guidelines.
    • Createand maintain system documentation for domain technologies includinginstallation configuration and appropriate troubleshootingsteps.
    • Improve existing processes throughsolutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existingsolutions or documentation.
    • Provide trainingas required
    • Manage customer satisfactionthrough effectively communicating and managing customerexpectations

    BasicQualifications:

    • in a computer science information technology computerrelated discipline or 5 years IT work experience in a globalinformation technology infrastructureenvironment.

    PreferredSkills/Experience:

    • Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologiesincluding Active Directory Windows File Services and GroupPolicies.
    • Expert knowledge in administeringActive Directory (AD) and GPOs.
    • Expertknowledge of AD ADFS PKI in Windows Server 2016 Windows Server 2016R2.
    • Expert knowledge of DNS DHCP WINS DFS in aWindows 2016 landscape.
    • Knowledge of MicrosoftForefront Identity Management Microsoft Exchange Quest Active RolesServer (ARS) are preferable.
    • Must have deepand thorough understanding of monitoring best practices preferablywith Microsoft System Centre Operation Manager (SCOM) understandingand experience.
    • Extensive experience withinfrastructure and server theories principles and concepts;application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals;Windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies(e.g. VMware HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN networktechnologies.
    • Develops documents and enforcesthe standards security procedures and controls for access to ensureintegrity of the Windows Systems Active Directory and relatedsystems.
    • Knowledge of server virtualizationtechnologies preferably VMware and/or Microsofttechnologies
    • ITIL v3Certification.

    ProfessionalSkills/Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years overall IT experience with 35 years ofexperience working with Microsoft Identity technologies includingActive Directory Windows File Services and GroupPolicies.
    • Must show a progressive advancementin responsibility including deep troubleshooting technicalskills.
    • Must have an understanding of how toidentify and install industry best practices.
    • Ability to translate technical issues into understandablebusiness language for end users.
    • Desiredexperience working in a fastpaced Industrial Manufacturingenvironment with a career track record of engineering developingdeploying and maintaining business critical systems in the area oftechnical expertise including hands on solution development andimplementation experience.
    • Team Player withproven leadership communication organizational and stronginterpersonal skills. The role requires significant interactionwith many different teams across a global company.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment with a can doattitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
    • Selfmotivated with keen attention to detail and excellentjudgment skills
    • Ability to establish newstandards for quality performance or productivity
    • Must have excellent writing and communication skillsstrong communicator with ability to maintain open communicationwith internal employees contractors managers 3rd parties andcustomers as needed
