We are looking for a UX Designer for theEfigence team. We have been operating on the market for nearly 30years helping financial institutions (such as banks insurers andinvestment funds) create solutions that change the experience ofmillions of people. It is in our DNA to redefine the market andproducts and to look for nonstandard solutions. We work on complexprojects and have recognizable clients in areas outside bankingtoo.

• Wework in a multidisciplinary team: UI UX research motion designersbusiness analysts and devs
• Our design approach is based on anoriginal process you will learn how to build innovative solutionsthat change the market build businesses and alter userbehavior
• We provide simpleonboarding in our daily work covering the design process workproducts and a whos who plus hardware and softwarepreparation
• You will workwith leaders who will not only find you the right role in a projectbut will also support you in your daily work
• We will periodically talk about yourcareer current work and your development (through a transparentevaluation process)

• Once per month we host a UX Breakfastwhere we integrate and share knowledge from our projects
• We work with Apple hardware andmodern design tools in agile methodologies

Yourresponsibilities

• Workingthrough all steps of the UX and UI workflow
• Designing mobile and web apps forboth: startups and enterprise level companies including fintechsand banks
• Gathering andevaluating user requirements during workshops
• Working alongside the client todefine the project vision
• Mapping user flows defininginformation architecture designing user flows
• Creating clean functional usable anddevelopment ready user interface
• Creating interactiveprototypes
• Working withdesign systems using existing ones and building your own
• Working with an advanced and highlyexperienced team including great UX Design Leads
• Setting up and runing usability testsand userinterviews prepare research reports and designrecommendations

Requirements

• 2year of professional design experience. Portfolio is amust
• Knowledge of one ormore design tools: Adobe XD Figma or Sketch
• Knowledge of themethodology of designing and conducting usability tests
• The ability to presentsolutions both within the team and to the client
• Good command of English(B2/C1 would be great)

Goodtohave

• Completedstudies in UX
• Attendance onUX courses
• Willingness tospeak in public and write UX articles
• Basic knowledge arounddevelopment and technology
• Analytical thinking
• Understanding of thespecifics of the financial/fintech market
