    Job Description: Lead C&B

    Company: ENGIEJobResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement compensation and benefits policies andprograms
    • Create and manage salary structuresand job evaluation systems
    • Conduct marketanalysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefitspackages
    • Design and administer employeebenefits programs such as health insurance retirement plans andleave policies
    • Oversee the payroll functionsand ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Manage andanalyze compensation data provide reports and make recommendationsfor adjustments
    • Ensure compliance with locallabor laws and regulations
    • Collaborate withmanagement and HR teams to develop and implement total rewardsstrategies
    • Provide guidance and support oncompensation and benefits matters to HR team andemployees

    EssentialQualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in compensation andbenefits preferably in a leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of compensation structures jobevaluation and benefits administration
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Ability to interpret and apply labor laws andregulations
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Officeand HRIS systems

    DesiredExperience:

    • Minimum 3 years ofexperience in compensation and benefits
    • Priorexperience in managing payroll processes
    • Experience in multinational companies or similar complexorganizations
    • Certification in compensationand benefits (e.g. CCP GRP) is a plus
