    The Service Growth Portfolio Leader for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Revamping our portfolio of Service offerings and growth initiatives that drive industry value, and customer recognition and significantly impact the organization

    This position is part of the Service organization located in Singapore, or other parts of APAC countries and will be a hybrid/remote position. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

    You will be a part of the HGM Service Team and report to the VP of Service for HGM responsible for Service operations and Growth across HGM.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Provide Leadership for the Service Growth Strategy and execution plans for HGM owning current portfolio evolution, new services development and the lifecycle management strategy and pricing.
    • Design, develop and cascade Service growth playbook (include training materials) to deliver incremental revenue and growth through current income streams and future service product pipelines; Create and introduce different regional service marketing strategies, business plans, services contract offerings/solutions and go-to-market strategies tailored for HGM.
    • Led the End-to-End product development and commercialization of HGM's New Portfolio of Service contracts including gathering VOC - internal and External insight to drive the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning and assess competitor portfolios.
    • Understanding customers' clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritize customer segments and business opportunities.
    • Customer Segmentation and segmented delivery enablement; Create targeted value proposition and communication plans.
    • Guides the product roadmap development in alignment with country Service leaders and Delivery.
    • Deploy innovation and creative thinking as a process based on customer needs in conjunction with P&L leaders and overall business innovation strategy.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
    • Overall experience of 20 years with preferably a minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, product marketing or related field communication
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of people
    • Strong analytical and process skills
    • Strong leadership through influence

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Leading in different Change Management programs/projects
