Principaland Essential Duties &Responsibilities

• Lead,motivate, and develop associates to meet the needs of thefacility
  
• Leadsafety programs to ensure safe working conditions for allassociates and compliance with all local, state and federalrequirements
  
• Leadenvironmental programs to ensure compliance with all local, stateand federalrequirements
  
• Manageproduction operations to ensure maximum equipment and personnelutilization
  
• Manageproduct quality to ensure customer requirements and specificationsareattained
  
• Manageroutine and preventative maintenance programs for the productionoperations to ensure efficientoperation
  
• Manageall capital expenditures for maintenance and engineeringrequirements
  
• Performother task asassigned
  

MinimumEducation

BSDegree (Agriculture, Management, Business, Engineering)ORequivalentexperience

• 15years

EnvironmentalFactors and PhysicalRequirements

Theenvironmental factors and physical requirements of this positioninclude thefollowing:

Ableto move freely throughout the Division facilities to includeclimbing vertical heights , exposure to extremetemperatures Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, %),noise (50db to 100db hearing protection required) and chemicals(MSDS sheets available). Required to travel to remote Divisionfacilities.
