    The Senior Sales Account Manager isresponsible for developing and maintaining strong relationshipswith key clients and customers to drive sales growth and achieverevenue targets. S/He acts as the main point of contact clients andwork closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional products orservices while ensuring client satisfaction.

    Main Duties andResponsibilities:
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with SME clients to provideguidance and trust.
    • Generate newleads.
    • Understand clients business needsobjectives and challenges.
    • Develop and executeaccountspecific sales strategies to achieve revenue/salestargets.
    • Identify upselling and crosssellingopportunities within existing client accounts.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximizeprofitability.
    • Develop account plans thatoutline goals strategies and action plans for eachclient.
    • Address and resolve client concernsissues and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and the company toensure smooth communication.
    • Stay updated onindustry trends market conditions and competitoractivities.
    • Identify new businessopportunities to stay competitive in the market.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions salesactivities and progress toward goals.
    Education andExperience:
    • Bachelorsdegree in a Businessrelated field or Engineering with a businessmindset.
    • 510 years of experience in selling ITsolutions to end clients in Saudi Arabia.
    • Proven experience in sales and accountmanagement.
    • Familiar with IT Solutions such asNetwork Infrastructure Cybersecurity and others..
    Knowledge Skills andAbilities:
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Good knowledge of the industry andmarket trends.
