    Job Description

    Manage the service center system andcontrol center ManageEngine Service Desk Plus and ManageEngine Desktop Central.

    · Provide Technical support fortechnical support engineers.

    · Manage the powers of user services andtechnical support engineers in the system.

    · Educate users about the features andmethods of using the system.

    · Communicate with the companydeveloping the system to implement improvements and fix technical problems.

    · Assisting infrastructure engineerswith technical support for networks and infrastructure.

    · Provide all Levels support monitoring and managing tickets.


    · Answer IT Service Desk calls and emails, providing solutions and/or escalating requests and problems to designated second level responders


    · Complete tickets for ITService Desk inquiries and follow-ups to ensure tickets are updated andacknowledged to the point of verifying completion and closing them out.

    · Limiting the management of IT assets



    Requirements

    · Practicalexperience in the field of information technology for a period of not less than3 years.

    · Degrees in thefield of computer science, network engineering, IT infrastructure, and technicalsupport.

    · Experience andknowledge in managing the ManageEngine service center system and control center.

    · ITIL Expert (Must).

    · MCSA Certified (Must).
