• Plan, coordinate and direct the navigation and/or stability of barge
• Manage safe and efficient handling of cargo, garbage, bunkering operations and personnels transfer
• Manage the barge and marine crew in order to ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Maintain records of barge, stability booklet, commodities inventory and cargo
• Prepare and Manage paint annual repair program across the entire barge
• Maintain certifications and marine related inventory onboard requesting renewals and material orders in advance of need
