- Assist the Trade Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across various service categories including pest control, washroom solutions, specialist hygiene, medical waste disposal, property care, and landscaping.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, resolving any operational issues that may arise.
- Conduct periodic site visits to assess service quality, identify improvement areas, and provide guidance to service technicians.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service standards and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop service proposals, and support in business development activities.
- Monitor service performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in training and coaching service technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, business management, or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in the environmental services industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of pest control, washroom solutions, specialist hygiene, medical waste disposal, property care.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications related to service management and reporting.
