    The candidate is highly organized and with excellent communication skills. The candidate will support the field sales force with technical-, product- and applications support. In addition, commercial support is given by generating and submission of quotes to customers. Administers all phases of quotes and orders and assists other departments to resolve any issues or problems throughout the order process . Reports on market conditions and technical product requirements needed to grow market share in the territory.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Include the following, but other duties may be assigned:
    • Assist Field Sales Force (Direct / Indirect) by providing technical information, product- and application support. Assist by providing commercial support (enquiry review and quotation submission) and with monitoring of customer service requirements by maintaining direct contact with customers and Channel Partners.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintain personal networks. Support Sales &Operation Process for Sales and receives/compiles IP Valves Orders forecasts together with Field Sales Force. Understand requirements of Customer Service in relation to export controls, ensure compliance to export requirements on all export orders.
    • Manage all order processing, planned deliveries, and back orders. Provide help and advice to customers regarding products, orders and deliveries via the telephone and/or email as needed.
    • Produce various reports regarding quality issues, orders, monthly figures and customer feedback as required. Be knowledgeable with all appropriate ISO procedures and policies, provide administrative support as required.
    • Demonstrate increasing knowledge of product applications and competition to aid in product selection, bid preparation, Users Lists, etc. Optimize communications and collaboration between Customer Service, Field Sales and key internal and external customers, and suppliers.
    • Support management of and organize responses to all Customer inquiries within the required timeframe, and handle all Customer complaints as required.
    • Work closely with Product Management on product line expansion, pruning, updates, etc.
    • Provide project management support for strategic orders as required.
    • Review customer supplied Terms and Conditions, prepare comments in response and support activities required to bring to closure as directed.
    • Support all EPRISM activities.
    • Assists with resolutions of customer return material (RMA) and warranty issues. Assist with the prompt and efficient resolution of customer invoice and payment issues.
    • Develop and issue all commercial sales quotes; assist in the preparation of all price sheets. Edit all incoming commercial valve orders for technical clarification.

    Position Requirements

    Has previous Customer Service & Applications Support experience. Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to read technical specification and recommend solutions to customers. Strong team, motivational, and communication skills. Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from four-year college or university or appropriate experience in application support / technical support.
