    We are currently working with a leading Architecture andDesign Consultancy based in Kuwait specializing in innovative andbespoke solutions for commercial residential and hospitalityprojects. With a diverse portfolioand a commitment to excellence they are seeking a talented andexperienced Lead Interior Designer to join their dynamicteam.

    Position Overview:

    Asa Lead Interior Designer you will play a pivotal role in shapingthe design direction of the consultancys projects across varioussectors. The ideal candidate will bring a creative vision strongleadership skills and a passion for creating unique and functionalspaces that exceed client expectations. This is a fantasticopportunity for an experienced designer to make a significantimpact within a collaborative and innovative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the interior design team providing guidance andmentorship to junior designers.
    • Collaboratewith architects and other professionals to develop cohesive designconcepts.
    • Oversee the full project lifecyclefrom initial concept development to finalimplementation.
    • Work closely with clients tounderstand their vision and requirements ensuring a personalizedand tailored design approach.
    • Stay abreast ofindustry trends materials and technologies to integrate cuttingedgeelements into designs.
    • Conduct regular sitevisits to ensure the successful execution of design concepts andmaintain quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors orMasters degree in Interior Design Architecture or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as a Senior or LeadInterior Designer with a strong portfolio of successfulprojects.
    • Excellent leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate ateam.
    • Proficient in relevant design softwareand tools.
    • Strong understanding ofconstruction methods materials and project management.
    • Previous experience working on commercial residentialand hospitality projects is highly desirable.
