    Job Purpose

    • The Process Excellence Senior Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing process improvement initiatives within our contract logistics department. With several years of experience in process improvement, this senior manager will play a critical role in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring excellence in all operational processes.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for process improvement efforts, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Team Management: Lead a team of process excellence specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive improvements.
    • Process Assessment: Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
    • Continuous Improvement Programs: Develop and implement continuous improvement programs using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.
    • Data Analysis: Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to make data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
    • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of process improvements across the department.
    • Standardization: Promote process standardization and best practices throughout the supply chain and logistics department.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that process enhancements maintain or enhance product quality and service levels.
    • Project Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of process improvement projects, monitoring progress and ensuring successful implementation.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure process changes align with broader company objectives.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
    • Several years of experience in process improvement, including leadership roles.
    • Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

    • Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills to provide strategic direction, coach, and mentor process improvement teams.
    • Strategic Planning: Proficiency in aligning process improvement initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Team Management: Strong team management and development skills to lead and inspire process excellence specialists.
    • Data Analysis: Advanced data analysis skills for collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to drive process optimization.
    • Change Management: Expertise in leading and managing change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations
