    On Behalf of our Client:

    We are searching for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Creating strategic compensation and benefits packages based on the company's budget. You will also be responsible for improving employees satisfaction and engagement. Moreover, you should be able to prepare monthly reports as well as maintain the attendance sheet.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Research and analyze benchmark compensation data to ensure competitive pay rates for employees.
    • Design and implement salary structure, bonus program, and other compensation.
    • Create a remuneration policy and review it annually.
    • Assist in designing and administering employee benefit programs.
    • Collaborate with HR Manager, finance, and senior management to develop and update compensation policies and procedures.


    Requirements

    • Sound knowledge of different types of benefits and compensation programs.
    • Experience in collecting quantitative data for analysis.
    • Quick decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Excellent command of the English Language
    • Excellent Level in Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent Level in Other Microsoft Office products.
    • SAP Proficiency is a must.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related degree.
    • Proven work experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
    • A professional certificate such as CCP, CEBS, or PHR certification will be an added advantage.
    • At least 1 year experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
