- To provide technical specialtysupport in the: evaluation, interpretation, determinations ofrequisite corrective actions, performance and operational status ofspecialty specific aircraft systems andcomponents.
- Responsible for supporting theMaintenance Squadron, ensuring the shift organization can meet taskrequirements and for maintaining close liaison with maintenanceOperations Control, Quality Department and Intermediate Maintenanceto prioritise and progress aircraftwork.
- Provide support as necessary to TAGFOperations, aircrew assistance, airfield recovery, crash recoveryand be fully conversant with Aircrew Debrief procedures. Mustprovide every assistance towards aircraft maintenance activities,to fully support the OAT flyingschedule.
