- Introduce promote and sell Decorative products to allocatedcustomers and geographical territories through regular visits tomaintain good relationships and obtain market information.
- Promote decorativeproducts by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns toachieve sales budget.
- Expand and strengthen distribution network through structuredfollow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of theexisting dealers and plan well the new openings.
- Followup on dealerswithin allocated geographical territories and ensure that our shopsreflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by coordinatingand monitoring closely with Dealers & shop salesmen toensure Jotun products are used and to achieve sales budget.
- Securing small andmedium and maintenance projects and utilize distribution network inthe supplying process to awarded projects.
- Connecting engagingand securing sales from painters in the assigned area throughfollowup small & medium projects.
- Follow up collectionto ensure dealer payment is received within agreed term to achievebudgeted days outstanding to ensure that company working capitalconditions remain healthy.
- Execute sales policiesand marketing activities in line with company rules and regulationsto support business growth uniformity and business efficacy.
- Maintain goodrelationships provide highquality service to existing distributorsand attend to customers complaints.
- A bachelors degree inany field. MBA in Sales & marketing would be an addedadvantage.
- 35 years ofRetail or Projects Sales and Business Development experience isrequired.
- Fluency inArabic & English both verbally and written.
- Strong time managementinfluencing skills multitasking negotiation and problemsolvingskills.
