- Develop the strategy along with the Cluster leads for the countries to be able to deliver on EH&WB goals (define, develop, deliver, report)
- Develop & and execute the EH&WB calendar of initiatives in each country.
- Manage day-to-day service delivery
- Drive engagement with employees, managers & leadership teams and partner collaboration to achieve goals and keep them informed on progress to date
- Manage EH&WB communications for the countries in scope
- Vendor management (in particular, Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Program service providers)
- Responsible for health-related aspects of quality assurance and auditing programs
- Understand local regulatory compliance and the global EH&WB requirements
- Conduct periodic performance and service satisfaction reviews with site leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Provides EH&WB technical assistance and support as needed across all locations.
- Support Cluster Lead in stakeholder partnerships/ projects
- Bachelor's degree in psychology/human resources/health sciences/ social sciences is preferable
- Health and wellness programs preferred
- People & Vendor Management experience
- Past experience in managing events, communications
