    What you will be doing:

    • Provide and dispatch immediate actions to allguest concerns.
    • Ensure followup of action iscompleted within the quoted time.
    • Work withrelated departments to ensure efficiency in meeting guestsneeds.
    • Promotes hotel services and amenitiesto encourage an exceptional resort experience.
    • Work in a nonsupervised environment and take ownershipfor independent decisions made in the best interest of the guestsexperience.
    • Able to contribute to a teamenvironment by assisting coworkers in all departments related tothe call center. And ensuring the attention to detail is recordedwith each guests issue.
    • Handling all wakeupcall requests 24/7
    • Handling the main hotelFax 24/7
    • Handling emergency calls and callingthe hotel doctor when needed 24/7

    Your experience and skillsinclude:

    • Previousexperience as a Telephone Operator an asset
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Highly responsible &reliable
    • Ability to work cohesively withfellow colleagues as part of a team with minimumsupervision.
    • Ability to focus attention onguest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
    • Service focused personality is essential; experience isan asset.
    • Prior experience working with Operaor a related system.
    • Fluency in English;additional languages are a plus.
