We are recruiting a General Manager for a FMCG company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead key initiatives, including cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, developing comprehensive sales channel strategies, overseeing logistics and supply chain operations, managing financial aspects, and providing leadership to a cross-functional team. Candidates should have a proven track record in FMCG industry management within the middle east.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business & sales responsibilities.

Expert in relationship management with customers / suppliers, manage the sales channels, logistics and running budgets

Responsibilities & Experiencee

• Experience: Proven track record in FMCG industry management
• Sales and Distribution: Strong experience in managing diverse sales channels, including Trade and E-Commerce.
• Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Logistics and Supply Chain: logistics, freight, transport, and port operations in the FMCG sector.
• Financial Acumen
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Arabic not mandatory.
