- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and efficient experience, and assist in managing offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation processing.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and update our database.
- Visit government agencies as needed and provide support on government platforms, liaising with relevant authorities as needed.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and streamline HR processes.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to address cross-functional HR needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources operations.
- Familiarity with government platforms and processes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities Plan, write and edit content for three quarterly print magazines and contribute towards each brand's digital content. Collaborate with editors on the region-wide titles, based in Dubai on content plans. Use ITP Media Group's analytics tools to identify trends / patterns, and using insights to inform future content strategy. Work with a central video department to develop the brands' video proposition. Work with a central events department to deliver exceptional annual Awards properties in the Kingdom, ad-hoc events and identify new activations that add value to our brands, audience and clients. Support the Group Editor and Editorial Director by acting as a senior editorial face of ITP Saudi – externally by establishing strong relationships in the industries, and internally by developing a strong reputation for project management and collaboration. Support the Hospitality & Design commercial team by collaborating on projects that assist with revenue growth. Occasionally attend events outside of office hours.
