We are seeking a highly skilledField Test Coordinator with a background in drillingand measurement specifically in MWD for one of our Oil &Gas clients in Dammam SaudiArabia.

JobOverview: The Field Test Coordinator (MWD) withDrilling and Measurement background will play a crucial role incoordinating and overseeing field tests of our MWD systems ensuringaccurate data collection analysis and reporting. This positionrequires a deep understanding of drilling operations MWDtechnologies and field procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboratewith internal teams to develop test plans including objectivesprocedures and success criteria for evaluating MWD systems invarious drilling environments.
• Coordinatelogistics for field tests including equipment deployment personnelassignment and scheduling to ensure smooth execution of testactivities.
• Lead field test teams in theinstallation calibration and operation of MWD systems at drillingsites adhering to safety protocols and bestpractices.
• Monitor test progress troubleshoottechnical issues and implement corrective actions to ensure dataaccuracy and test integrity.
• Oversee thecollection of drilling data using MWD systems ensuring data qualityand integrity throughout the testduration.
• Analyze test data in realtime orposttest to assess system performance identify anomalies andgenerate comprehensive reports forstakeholders.
• Provide technical support andguidance to field test teams and clients on MWD system operationtroubleshooting and maintenance.
• Conducttraining sessions for field personnel on MWD technologiesprocedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency andsafety.
• Maintain accurate records of testprocedures equipment configurations and test results in accordancewith company standards and regulatoryrequirements.
• Prepare detailed test reportssummarizing findings conclusions and recommendations for internalreview and externaldissemination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Geology or relatedfield.
• Minimum of 7 years ofexperience in the oil and gas industry with a focus on drilling andmeasurement particularly in MWDoperations.
• Europeannationalspreferred.
• Proficiencyin MWD system installation operation and troubleshooting withhandson field experience in drillingenvironments.
• Strongtechnical knowledge of drilling operations downhole tools andtelemetry systems used in MWDapplications.
• Excellentorganizational communication and leadership skills with the abilityto coordinate and motivate crossfunctionalteams.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus ondata accuracy analysis and reporting.
• Abilityto work effectively in remote and challenging environments with acommitment to safety andquality.
