DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs and execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement integrations requested by customers

-Deploy updates and fixes

-Provide Level 2 technical support

Ability to investigate and fix occurrences of errors and improve customer experience

Perform root cause analysis for production errors

Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly system administration Health check activity.Investigate and resolve technical issues

Develop scripts to automate visualization

Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenanceMonitor performance and maintain systems according to SLAManage network servers and technology toolsEnsure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role

Good knowledge of Ruby or Python and Java.

Working knowledge of databases.

Problem-solving attitude.

Team spirit, BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

Excellent communication skills

EXPERIENCE:

More than 3 year as IT Operation Department as IT System Administrator.More than 2 year in IT Cloud Field
