    Position Overview:
    Persistence Recruitment on behalf of Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Fresh Graduate in Human Resources (HR).

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
    • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials, assisting with paperwork, and facilitating introductions to team members
    • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations
    • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings
    • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and training sessions
    • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by assisting in the dissemination of information and providing guidance to employees
    • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, improving employee satisfaction, and supporting organizational goals
    • Learning and Development Support: Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives for employees, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation
    • Performance Management Support: Assist in the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, gathering feedback, and updating performance records
    • HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review and decision-making

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
    • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn and develop new skills
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
