- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication

- Learning and Development Support: Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives for employees, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation
- Performance Management Support: Assist in the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, gathering feedback, and updating performance records
- HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn and develop new skills
