- Lead and manage the Electromechanical engineering department, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee the design and development of Electromechanical systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that all systems meet safety and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in the field of electromechanical engineering
- Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electromechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and control systems
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as SACADA and project management software
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in the Middle East or with Saudi Arabian clients is a plus
