• Assist QHSE Managers inimplementing and executing the QHSE Management system and QHSEPolicy requirements within respectiveprograms.
• Conduct Job Safety analyses/riskassessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potentialassociated risks.
• Ensure that emergency drillsare conducted as per the planned schedule and verify that emergencyequipment is functioning properly while ensuring that staff arewell-informed about the Emergency Responseplan.
• Support Managers in HSE incidentinvestigations and reporting.
• Provide QHSEtraining programs to all staff involved in marineoperations.
• Ensure the maintenance of safetyequipment on each vessel (lifejackets, rescue boats, first aidkits, etc.).
