The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating online educational content relating to ERP and industry-related topics. Additionally, the individual will innovate and improve current education offerings. This role aims to convey technical processes in simple terms to non-technical individuals who are being trained on our ERP offerings. The Instructional Designer is accountable for the full cycle of educational content. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and review educational content to ensure that training is effectively rolled out to all audiences. Uploading, administration, and

management of educational content on the global LMS.LXP.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential Qualifications :

Diploma in Information Systems, Business Management, or relevant field. Degree is preferred;

Instructional Design or relevant training/ certificates is advantageous.

Essential Experience

2-3 years experience as an Instructional Designer

SYSPRO experience would be beneficial;

Experience working with LMS systems;

Systems experience would be advantageous.

Skills and Knowledge
