    Job Responsibilities

    • Proven experience to dig deep in proposing and optimizing solutions for software, systems, BI, AI, and e-Services
    • problems.
    • Excellent solution selling and value-based selling approach.
    • Experience in project management of complex presales projects.
    • Experience in architecting enterprise-level solutions
    • Credibility & maturity to work with customer representatives ranging from technical to management level.
    • Thorough understanding of Platform integrations, DevOps, .Net, CRM, Full stack development, and software engineering assurance methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
    • (SDLC) with a primary focus on Agile methodologies.
    • A proven knowledge of at least two Low-Code/No-Code platforms (i.e., Pega, Out Systems, ServiceNow) is necessary.
    • Knowledge of AI, IoT, and RPA tools and technologies is mandatory.
    • Good planning and effort estimation skills
    • Bonus points: experience with GitLab
    • Bonus points: experience in working with open-source projects.
    • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs
    • Fluent in both English and Arabic speaking and writing
    • Perfect written and oral communication skills, including effectively communicating with customers.
    • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

    Requirements

    • BSc/Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology
    • 5+ years of experience in Systems and Solutions development, workflow, Integration, Data Management, UI/UX, BI, ERP, RPA, and Mobile Apps ( or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing sales-related job.
