    Job Description
    Assist in overseeing daily operations of the warehouse, primarily the flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse. Ensure safe and timely shipping, distribution, storing, packaging, and transporting of inventory in the facility.
    Responsibilities & Duties


    • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
    • Ensure proper implementation and control of group policies and procedures
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
    • Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries
    • Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements
    • Prepare orders to be shipped
    • Allocation and troubleshooting on WMS
    • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments
    • Ensure shipping counts match the order documents
    • Process and coordinate customer returns
    • Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming inventory
    • Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards
    • Maintain physical security of the warehouse and the stock in it
    • Report results and the unusual situations to the Warehouse Supervisor
    • Supervise all activities in the warehouse to make sure that everything is done properly as per guidelines provided by the management
    • Ensure QHSE operational procedures are in place at all times and report QHSE performance to relevant department
    • Ensure the implementation and full compliance to training, communication and awareness programs and procedure.
    • Communicate timely audit reports and ensure of tracking audit s actions and closure as planned
    • Execute projects in alignment with Starlinks QSSE standards and local legislation
    • Ensure that people development plans are met in QSSE areas
    • To implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the QSSE Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance with the legislations, Starlinks QSSE management systems, and relevant QSSE standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks
    • Report incidents related to quality, Safety, and Security to the QSSE department in a timely manner and in accordance with the incident reporting and investigation procedure
    • Ensure product recalls are conducted in accordance with local regulations and Starlinks QSSE standards
    • Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
