- 1 Maintain and investigate purchasing tools (SSPSRM Coupa I save SAPMDG etc).
2 Collect economic andtechnical data for negotiation preparation or contract setting.
3 Collecting supplier creation documents andfollow up Request For Quotation (due dates technical issues plantissues etc).
4 Develop negotiationstrategies and lead Negotiations.
5 Evaluate the companys current purchasing strategies for variouscommodities in order to identify opportunities for savingsimprovement within the buying processe.
6 Preparation and implementation of annual forecast and reforecast ofIP volumes (data provided and validated by Controlling).
7 Implement and manage IP portfolio (incl.Application of the Commodity strategy and SOC) maintain bestpractice purchasing methodologies report on supplier performance.
8 Assist local operations with IP continuousimprovement in terms of Quality Service and price optimization byconducting in depth analysis setting the appropriate Supplierdatabase in line with S Purchasing policies and proceduresoptimising on synergies thereby making it a competitive advantagefor Schneider Electric.
9 Define validateimplement and store appropiate contractual documents. Ensurecorrect allocation of business.
10 Develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders inthe business to get support and achieve the best results.
