- Contribute to the achievement ofthe HR department objectives through managing the administrativeand operational aspects of the department under the directsupervision of the HRM.
- Support theimplementation of HR policies and AkzoNobel people calendar andadvise employees (specially juniors and offline workers) onapplicable procedures.
- Participate inorganizing different engagement related activities that would helpboost employee motivation and improve workenvironment.
- Liaise the payroll process throughcollating different variables and entries (such as leaves, housingadvances, deductions, etc) to be processed by the regional payrollspecialist.
- Apply employee related changeseffectively on different systems (ZETA & SuccessFactors)and ensure data accuracy.
