    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Sales Engineer at IDEX Services Co, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with clients. This position requires a deep understanding of parking systems, low current systems and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical background in low current/parking systems to effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our car park management systems.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the pre-sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position our solutions effectively.
  • Lead generating: continuous search for potential opportunities with area under your responsibility and impressive maintain pipelines
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, with a focus on low current systems. Parking systems experience is preferable
  • Proven experience in selling car park management systems, low current systems or related technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of low current technologies, including security, access control, and communication systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using Ms-Office, CRM and lead management software
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned regions (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam).
