The Manager, Design Interface - is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the design interface process for projects. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination between design disciplines.
Responsible in reviewing all the developments design for the common areas, open spaces, public amenities, corporate and commercial facilities. Responsible for the Operation plans for the developments along with the cost of operations.

The Manager, Design Interface - plays a critical role in ensuring seamless integration and alignment of the operation requirement across projects to achieve high-quality design outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience of 5-7 years in design coordination and development management, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building systems, and construction methods.
• Oversee the design interface process for projects, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration between different disciplines.
• Collaborate with development, and other stakeholders to define operation requirements, objectives, and priorities for each project.
• Facilitate regular design coordination meetings and workshops to identify and resolve design interface issues and clashes.
• Review and analyze design documents, such as architectural drawings, structural designs, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans, to identify potential conflicts or inconsistencies.
• Update community operation guidelines.
• Update community operation plans
• Estimate community operation expenses.
• Provide guidance and support to design teams in resolving operational design issues, ensuring adherence to operation plans and regulations.
• Liaise with development managers and other stakeholders to communicate operation interface input.
• Conduct developments visits for benchmarking and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Support the Department in all future tasks and assignments.
