Lead all category management activities related to Commercial categories. Typical examples will include Creative agencies, media buying, market research etc.

Coordinate category management development and agenda setting with sectors and sourcing team

Manage SLAs for category management activities

Develop taxonomy tree for commercial categories , sub-categories in coordinating with sectors

Take ownership of execution-focused service delivery functions and processes

Anticipate changes in stc needs by working with other sectors and prioritize category management initiatives and consider the changes in the initiatives
