- Contactingprospects through calls emails social to create awareness andqualify if their business is a good fit for Genesys;
- Maintaining SLA for inbound leads;
- Build relationships with prospects and the internalteams;
- Have weekly meetings with sales teamsto work collectively on accounts;
- Outboundprospecting and account list building;
- Beingavailable to go to the office to connect with the local team aswell as traveling to events outside the country;
- Making set number of calls emails and socialinteractions everyday;
- Temporary contract of12 months;
- Communication skills within theteam is essential both for Arabic as well as English.
- 5 years of relevant professionalexperience;
- Have experience or knowledge onhow CRM systems like salesforce work;
- Haveexperience in working with Microsoft applications like excel andPowerPoint;
- Experience in collectingcompetitive intelligence and mapping market/industrysegments;
- Understanding in resilience activelistening and selfawareness and working in a rapidly changingenvironment;
